This pre-swim team (ages 4-7) is intended for children who are already swimming independently and are looking to build technique, keep up swim endurance, and introduce safe group swim practices. Your child must be able to swim the length of Jill's pool (50 feet) without assistance. This team is non-competitive and there will not be races. Practices are offered twice per week to accommodate busy schedules and weather; prices are set for at least once per week. Feel free to come as often as you can!

Ages: 4-7yrs (must be able to swim 50’ independently)

Minnow & Me is designed for parents who want to introduce their 6-24 month old to the water, but may not be ready to start private lessons quite yet. During Minnow and Me, you and your child will establish water safety cues, learn proper body alignment in the water, practice safe underwater entry, and have so much fun doing so!

Water walking has been shown to be beneficial for pre and post-natal mothers, especially in the summer heat. Jill is opening up her pool to moms looking to get important exercise while relieving pressure on their joints, spine, and muscles in an environment where there is less risk of falling.

The pool depth varies from 3'6" in the shallow area, to 4'10" farther back in the yard. Please refrain from any form of diving at any area in the pool.
